Control room is certified according to ISO 27001
Energiequelle meets the conditions for a successful information security management system (ISMS). This not only includes a strict security organisation, but also regulates IT incident management and effective risk management in the company processes. This ensures the security and quality of our business processes.

This certification makes the control room of Energiequelle GmbH one of the few ISO 27001-certified control rooms in the industry throughout Germany. The successful certification is reflected in the security and quality of our operational processes. We are committed to maintaining and continuously improving the standards we have achieved.

Leading Employer 2024
We have been a Leading Employer since 2022. This puts us among the top 1 percent of employers in Germany. More than ten million data from around 160,000 companies were analysed for this purpose. Among other things, the ratings on various Internet portals, certifications, benefits offered, image, understanding of values, public relations, social media, talent communication and much more were taken into account. We did particularly well in the area of benefits and employee satisfaction.

Partner for fair wind energy in Thuringia
Energiequelle is a ‘partner for fair wind energy’ in Thuringia. The state of Thuringia wants to cover one hundred per cent of its own energy needs from renewable sources by 2040. To ensure that the realisation of this vision is not only promoted, but also takes place within transparent and fair guardrails, project developers can undergo certification by the ThEGA Wind Energy Service Centre. The Brandenburg-based project company Energiequelle, which will complete its third wind farm in Thuringia at the end of 2016, recently received the corresponding ThEGA seal.
Part of the certification is a voluntary commitment to the guidelines set by the ThEGA for the fair expansion of wind energy. These include, among other things, that all stakeholders in the vicinity of the wind farm are involved throughout the planning phase of the project.
“Since the founding of the company, our aim has been to deal fairly with all project partners with a sense of comprehensive customer satisfaction. That is why we also support municipalities and municipal institutions in providing transparent information to residents from the very beginning. For us, the ThEGA label is a kind of official expression of the working philosophy that has always been part of our company culture,” says CEO Michael Raschemann.
