With a score of 4.0, Energiequelle clearly stands out from the average in the Energy sector on kununu
Kallinchen, 30 March 2023. Energiequelle GmbH was awarded the kununu Top Company seal 2023 at the end of last year, for which only around five percent of employer profiles on the online platform qualify. This award is presented based on independent reviews by employees and reflects a particularly high level of employee satisfaction and an attractive working environment.
Kununu is an online platform that offers employees the opportunity to evaluate their own company and share information about their employer and their working environment. In addition to ratings in various categories, information on salaries and corporate culture can also be published. Applicants also have the opportunity to evaluate the application process of the respective company or to find out about the potential new employer in advance. Furthermore, employers have the opportunity to track their reviews and react accordingly.
Since 2011, 60 employees and applicants have rated Energiequelle with an average score of 4.0 out of possible 5.0 points. Looking only at the last 12 months, the average was actually 4.8 points. This score is significantly higher than the average for the energy sector, which is 3.5 points. In addition, there is a one hundred percent recommendation rate based on the reviews of the last two years.
To qualify as Top Company 2023, the following conditions had to be met:
- At least six employee reviews since the profile was created (applicant reviews are not counted)
- A score of at least 3.8 points (both overall and in employee ratings)
- In the past 12 months, the rating score of employees must be at least 3.8 points
- At least two new reviews in the last 12 months
