15 plants with a total of 50 MW have been connected to the grid
Kallinchen, 24 March 2021. Energiequelle GmbH can look back on a successful year. The company, which has been operating in renewable energies since 1997, has a balance sheet showing sales of 80 million Euro. This comes as a result of the construction of 15 wind turbines and PV plants, including a repowering project. The total output of the wind farm is almost 50 MW. Another 30 MW has been added to the operations portfolio, increasing the number of plants under management to just under 800. Wind power alone can supply more than 820,000 households with power.
Large pipeline and innovative energy supply
We have a strong pipeline of work for the next few years. 19 wind turbines, three solar farms and two substations are currently under construction. In addition, approvals for a total output of 160 MW are in place and a further 46 MW is expected. Of these, 84 MW are on the German market, 98 MW in Finland and 24 MW in France. Michael Raschemann is grateful for the large pipeline: “The entire team has done an excellent job despite the coronavirus, working from home and the associated challenges. We have never had as many approvals as this year. I see the future more than positively,” says owner and managing director Michael Raschemann, who is not resting on his laurels. For example, Energiequelle is working with its own department on innovative energy supply solutions in the areas of electric and hydrogen mobility, power-to-X and energy monitoring, especially for commercial customers. An intelligent charging concept for e-mobility is currently being implemented at the main site in Kallinchen.
The company now employs almost 300 people at 15 locations and has installed more than 750 plants throughout Europe.
