This puts the international company among the top one percent of a total of 160,000 employers
Kallinchen, 8 February 2022. Energiequelle GmbH has been awarded the Leading Employer 2022 award. This puts the international project developer headquartered in Brandenburg among the top one percent of employers in Germany. More than ten million data from around 160,000 companies were analysed in the evaluation process. The ratings on various internet portals, certifications, benefits offered, image, corporate values, public relations, social media, talent communication and much more were taken into account. Energiequelle scored particularly highly in the area of benefits and employee satisfaction.

Energiequelle places the emphasis on its open and personal corporate culture in which honest and human interaction, appreciative communication, commitment and informality. In addition, the company offers fair salaries, performance-based bonuses, flexible working hours, a health budget, fresh fruit and various company events for personal exchange.
